Bjorkliden Midnight GolfGo Back
Midnight Golf in Swedish Lapland
With mountains that ski lifts have been built upon, it is fair to say that Björkliden is not a traditional ski resort, however, these mighty mountains offer great skiing opportunities. Our main focus during winter is of course the skiing. Our well-prepared slopes are ideal for children and beginners, whilst our black diamond runs and hearty amounts of off-piste skiing are perfect for the more adventurous. Beyond the border of our ski area lies endless possibilities for cross country skiing, ski touring and heliskiing. We will be delighted to take you on our dog sledding or snowmobile safaris, where you can experience the magical northern lights on snow shoes, or visit one of Sweden’s longest cave systems.
We offer several types of comfortable accommodation at our Hotell Fjället, our authentic Gammelgården Ski Lodge, or in our cabins that are located right next to our ski area. Or for something special, stay at our Solhyllan Lodge that has a fireplace, sauna, and outdoor jaccuzi on offer, or spend a night at Låktatjåkko Mountain Lodge — Sweden’s highest located mountain lodge, 1228 metres above sea level.
Our kitchen cupboards are filled with local produce from our high mountains and clear rivers. Here you can eat everything from delicious, homemade Swedish potluck to indulgent, gastronomic 5-course menus.
